we are a salon in high demand, therefor here are our policies.
A valid card on file will be required in order to complete your booking. This is only to hold your appointment and does not require pre-payment.
Cancellations:
We understand last minute circumstances may occur, please be considerate and call to cancel 24 hours in advance. All last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the service scheduled for. Any declined payments will create a balance for any future appointments.
No call no shows:
Any no call, no show appointments will be charged 75% of the service scheduled for. Any future service must be paid in full before completing the appointment.
Any declined payments will get you banned from booking.
Grace period:
We have a 15 minute grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation, as well as a 50% charge to the card on file.
10 minutes late will have a $10 fee.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Any damage that may occur within 7 days from original appointment will be repaired at no charge. Any damage after the 7 day warranty period will be counted and charged as a nail repair.
